1. Your account

Your GlobeSO account is your phone number: you sign in with a code we text to it, or with Facebook or Apple once they are linked to that phone. Keep your phone and linked accounts secure; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

2. What you post

You keep ownership of the photos, videos and text you post, and give GlobeSO permission to store and show them in the app so others can see them. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, misleading or that belongs to someone else. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules or Cambodian law.

3. Buying and selling

Shops on GlobeSO are responsible for their products, prices, descriptions and delivery. Pay only through the methods shown at checkout. If something goes wrong with an order, open a dispute in the app and GlobeSO support will help decide it. Sellers must list only products they are allowed to sell and must ship what they described.

4. Wallet and payments

Money in your GlobeSO wallet can be used for purchases or withdrawn as shown in the app. We may hold a payment while a dispute or a fraud check is open.

5. Fair use

Do not try to break, overload, scrape or misuse GlobeSO, impersonate others, or send spam.

6. Ending

You can delete your account at any time (Account → Delete account; see Data deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7. Liability

GlobeSO is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for what other users or shops do. Nothing here limits rights you have under Cambodian consumer law.

8. Changes and contact
